Thanks! I'm sure it will work out. It's just that at my job, we sit around all day to try and figure out how we can make our things better for our customers. It then pisses me off when I'm the customer (and for this particular company, a loyal one at that) and the same consideration isn't given.
They used to be really good about customer service. But I suppose, as with all things, it comes down to personalities and timing and money and a billion other factors. Maybe if you had demanded a supervisor you would have better success, maybe not. As everyone has noticed, for the most part, Customer Service is a concept of the past.

Dear Disney,

Please refer to page one of the marketing handbook (that you wrote), it says, and I'm quoting, "never ever ever fuck with your evangelists."
